SA Dance, provides quality Dance classes for all ages. The styles taught are Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Street, Freestyle and Contemporary. SA Dance believes that Dance is an art form that provides body awareness, inspiration, confidence, coordination and discipline. Sara and Aretha are the co-founders and teachers. They have been teaching dance to children and adults in America, Brazil, Scandinavia and the UK for many years and now they are teaching in your local community.

SA Dance Classes are enjoyable and a very effective method of exercise. They are taught by IDTA qualified teachers in friendly environments.
